Ingredients

    1 Pound extra lean trimmed stew beef
    1 14.5 oz Can of tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz Can of black beans (or any beans you prefer)
    1 small can of green chilies
    2 bags if boil in a bag brown rice
    1 14.5 oz can of fat free beef stock
    1 14.5 oz can of 98% fate free cream of mushroom soup
    1-3 Tbs of Chili or Taco seasoning (depending on how spicy you like it.

Directions

Combine all ingedients except rice in a slow cooker. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours. Prepare rice according to instructions on box. Add rice to slow cooker, and continue to cook for 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Serve warm.
