Ingredients

    2.6 lean ground beef
    I med onion
    2 green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1 tbsp garlic
    1 1/2 cup dry instant rice
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp Marjoram
    1/2 tbsp oregano
    1/2 tbsp basil
    2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 cup water
    40oz traditional pasta sauce
    3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, or cheddar
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown beef and strain, add onion, peppers, garlic, and spices! Stir and add in 1 cup water and rice. Cook until water is absorbed. Add pasta sauce and cover! Simmer over med heat for 20 minutes! Add soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste! Remove from heat and let set for 15 minutes. Layer in pan with cheese! Bake uncovered for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven, until cheese is melted!
