Ingredients

    1 ripe avocado
    1/2 cup of coconut water
    1/2 c coconut milk
    1/4 c raw agave nectar
    8 oz of frozen blueberries (or fresh)

Tips

Let sit at room temperature about 20 mins to soften for serving.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in the blender, then transfer to the freezer or ice cream maker to set.

Serving Size: Makes about (6) 3/4-cup servings.
