Ingredients

    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    1/3 cup Swerve, confectioner's style
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    dash iodized sea salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 cup heavy cream

Tips

Preparation time does not including chilling time.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a heavy duty mixer. Mix on low until combined. Beat on high until the mixture is fluffy.

Spoon into individual serving dishes. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
