Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs left over pork loin roast
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. organic brown sugar
    2 tbs. black strap molasses
    1/2 a medium raw onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tsp. ground turmeric
    1 tbs. Chipotle chili powder (for delicious smokey flavor)

    Add the following to taste:
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Re-purpose left over pork loin roast or pre-cook 1.5 lbs of fresh pork loin. Place in slow cooker and add all ingredients. Cook 6 hours or overnight.
