    8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
    6 oz grilled chicken breast
    1 cup canned stewed tomatoes
    1/2 large red bell pepper strips
    1/2 small green pepper strip
    1 whole scotch bonnet pepper chopped (seeds removed)
    1/2 medium red onion chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 tbsp ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 cup traditional spaghetti sauce


Boil rigatoni according to box direction and reserve. Heat olive oil, add vegetables and seasoning, sautee until just tender, add water, tomato sauce, grilled chicken and stewed tomatoes and let simmer for 5 minutes add pasta and ricotta then serve serve.
