    -Asparagus, fresh, 425 grams (15 oz)
    - Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    - Vegetable Broth, 2 cup
    - Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    - Salt
    - Garlic
    - 1/2 lemon juiced


- Roast asparagus in coconut oil, garlic, salt and pepper for 10-13 minutes. Add all ingredients to a blender. Enjoy!
