Ingredients

    Preheat oven. I used a pizza baking stone which gives a great authentic "pizza oven" toasted crust to take & bake pizza. Stone should preheat also.

    Purchase a 12 inch Marketside 5 cheese pizza at Walmart in the deli section. Dress pizza once you free it from the protective covering. Use 2 oz baby spinach spread upon the top of the cheese layer. Add 50 grams of chopped sun dried tomatoes in olive oil. Add 4 oz of chopped precooked chicken breast over all the top.

    Add the following spices over the whole top: 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1/4 tsp of garlic rosemary spice.

    Transfer from a regular cutting board to the cooking stone in the oven.

    Cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese is bubbly & toasty. Remove to cutting board, let stand for a minute or two. Cut into 4 pieces for a meal.

Tips

Asparagus would be good on this, but pre cook stems partly, for they won't cook during the short cook time.
