    1 tbsp. flour
    1 cup milk
    1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

melt butter, whisk in flour. Cook 1 minute.

add milk all at once. Whisk until bubbling.

add cheese and garlic powder. Whisk until thick and bubbly.
