    Ground Beef 93% lean 8 oz
    Lettuce
    Tortilla chips crushed lightly 3 oz
    Pinto Beans 1 cup
    2% fat shredded cheese 1/2 cup
    Ranch Dressing 8 tbsp

Tips

I make the dressing with low fat mayo to save a few calories


Directions

brown ground beef, drain. shred lettuce, drain and wash beans, add everything to a large bowl adding dressing and chips last
