Ingredients

    14 oz. Healthy Ones: Polska Kielbasa
    3 15 oz. cans black beans, drained
    1.5 c. onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    4 stalks celery
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. dried thyme
    1.5 tsp dried oregano
    1.5 tsp. black pepper
    1 chicken boullion cube
    3 bay leaves
    8 oz can tomato sauce

Directions

1. Combine all indgredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
3. Remove bay leaves before serving.
4. Serve over rice (not included in calorie count).

    Very Good
    I made it with regular smoked sausage because I couldn't find the kielbasa. I think kielbasa would be better, but it was still very good. - 2/3/11
