    3/4 CUP OF MILK- 2 %
    1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE- FIESTA BLEND
    16 TORTILLAS- SOFT TACO SIZE

Tips

YOU CAN WRAP IN SARAN WRAP AND THEN PLACE IN FREEZER BAG TO FREEZE. GREAT FOR ON THE GO MORNINGS. JUST TAKE OUT OF WRAP AND HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES.


Directions

GROUND SAUSAGE IN SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. WHILE THIS IS COOKING, MIX EGGS AND MILK IN SEPERATE BOWL. WHEN SAUSAGE IS COOKED THROUGH (AROUND 5-7 MINUTES), POUR IN EGG MIXTURE. COOK UNTIL SET ABOUT 5-7 MINUTES. ADD IN CHEESE AND COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES. PUT 1/3 CUP OF EGG MIXTURE IN A TORTILLA AND ROLL UP.
