Ingredients

    2 Tbl Hormel bacon bits
    6oz turkey breast tenderloin cut into pieces
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup chopped carrots
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 can (14.5oz) Reduced fat low sodium chicken broth
    1/8 tsp dried majoram leaves
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
    1/4 cup fat free sour cream

Directions

Spray 8in skillet w/non stick spray, add bacon bits,
turkey, stirring occasionally until turkey is brown.
Stir in celery, carrots, and onion. Cook 2 minutes
stirring occasionally, Drain.

In a 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 quart slow cooker, mix turkey
mixture and remaining ingredients, except
sour cream.

Cover, cook on High heat setting 30 minutes.
Reduce heat to low setting. Cook 6-7 hours or
until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in sour cream.
