Ingredients

    3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage Total 0%)
    1/2 ripe banana, sliced
    1 teaspoon Nutella
    1 teaspoon natural almond butter
    1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tips

Taste the vanilla nutella almond butter blend before assembling the parfait. If you need it sweeter add a packet of your favorite low cal sweetener. Or succumb to the sweet nutellaccubus & shovel in moar nutella*. Not gonna lie, I always do.
*will drastically alter nutritional content from light snack to cheesecake status.


Directions

Stir yogurt, nutella, almond butter, & vanilla til thoroughly blended. Spoon half of yogurt mixture In a parfait glass. Layer half of the banana slices over the yogurt in the glass. Add remainder of yogurt mixture. Place remaining banana slices over yogurt. Top with the ground flaxseeds.
