    3 T Olive Oil
    3 T White Wine Vinegar
    1 clove of garlic minced
    1 t Dijon mustard (or more taste)
    1 T Reduced Fat Blue Cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, or use an emersion blender. Blend until creamy.
