Introduction

A friend of mine brought these to Bunco last night and I couldn't resist having one because they looked and smelled divine. I had to put the info into the calculator to account for them, so I figured I might as well share the recipe for anyone who would like it. Ingredients

    2 Pkgs. Potato Rolls (24)
1-1/2 lbs of baked, shaved ham
12 oz. Swiss or Mozzerella Cheese (I used Swiss) Can be sliced or shredded.
    In a saucepan heat:
    2 sticks margarine
    1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dried onion flakes
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. parsley flakes

Tips

The potato rolls came in a foil pan and I did not transfer the rolls to another pan. Do whatever you think would work best for you.

Directions

Cut rolls in half horizontally and place top sections aside. If rolls are irregular you might want to arrange the tops so you will know how to replace as they came off.

Place on top of bottom half:
1-1/2 lbs of baked, shaved ham (or more)
12 oz. Swiss or Mozzerella Cheese (or more) (I used Swiss) Can be sliced or shredded.
In a saucepan heat:
2 sticks margarine
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. mustard (I use Dijon)
2 tsp. parsley flakes
Place the entire top layer of rolls back on the ‘dressed’ bottom rolls.
Cut through roll seams and place in pan.
Pour hot liquid over the rolls.
Bake 10 to 15 min. at 350 degrees.
