    1/2 Cup French Fried Onions (like French's)
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 Cup Egg Beaters


Crush french onions in a plastic bag and place in bowl
Cut chicken breasts in half then coat in egg and press ONE side down into crumbs firmly before placing in baking dish - crumb side up
Bake at 350 - 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is completely done

  • Great just made it. I used egg whites and used the blender to make the crumbs. I made half the recipe with just the two of us.I also tenderised to an even thickness and used lemon juice and pepper since it was suggested. We will make it again and often. Pat in Maine. - 9/6/13

  • This was delish!!! I did marinate the chicken in a lemon pepper dressing for a couple hours before preparing it the way it's instructed. Watch your cooking time, because I think 25 mins is a bit too long in the oven. This recipe is a keeper!!! - 9/6/13

  • The first time I made this it was a little bland, the second time I marinated the chicken in lemon juice and salt water and it was much tastier. Defiantly adding to favorites. Love how easy it was to make. - 9/20/10
