Ingredients

4 lg tortilla shells
1 lb ground beef
1 pk taco seasoning
2/3 cn refried beans
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
2 sl tomato, chopped
2 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 C cheez whiz
1 C salsa
Directions
Spray lg pie plate or cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning and cook until dry.
Spread bottom layer with 1/2 of taco meat.
Chop onion, pepper and tomato.
Shred cheese.
Sprinkle taco meat with chopped onion, pepper and shredded cheese.
Top with a second tortilla.
Spread with refried beans. Top with 1/2 of salsa, onions, peppers, half of chopped tomato and a sprinkle of cheese.
Top with another tortilla
Spread remainder of taco meat over shell. Sprinkle with onion, pepper and last of the shredded cheese.
Top with last tortilla.
Spoon a little salsa and remains of pepper, onion and tomato over top.
Drizzle with cheez whiz.
Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
Cut in 6 pcs and serve with a tossed salad
