Ingredients

Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup
Cake Flour, 1/2 cup
Butter, salted, melted 2 tbsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Brown Sugar, 1/2 cup, packed, divided
Asian Pear, 2 pears cored and sliced
Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp, divided
Ginger, ground, 1/8 tsp
Clove, ground 1/8 tsp

Serve with cottage cheese or frozen yogurt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine pear slices, 2 tsp of brown sugar, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ginger, and 1/8 tsp clove in a bowl. Toss to combine. Arrange pear slices in 3 equally sized nests on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Melt butter, then add remainder of brown sugar, flour, rolled oats, salt, vanilla extract, and remainder of cinnamon. Mix thoroughly to combine until mixture becomes crumbly and holds together when pressed. Loosely sprinkle 1/3 of crumble mixture on each pear nest.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until pears are softened and crumble top is golden brown.
