Ingredients

    4 large peaches, diced (with skin on or off if preferred)
    4 tbs Honey (local if you can get it)
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 1/2 tbs chai seeds

Tips

I love adding this to my oatmeal! YUM!


Directions

Add honey and peaches to a pot and heat covered on low for 1 hour. Stir at least 2 times doing that time. Once peaches are soft, use an immersion blender (or what ever tool you prefer: blender, food processor, etc.) to puree. Leave on the stove on low and add ginger and chia seeds. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Add more seeds if you prefer a thicker jam (will change the nutritional info just slightly).

Serving Size: Approx. 30 Tbs. servings (depending on the size of peaches)
