Ingredients

    12 Servings Low Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread (I used Sarah Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread)
    5 Large Egg Whites
    3 Whole Eggs
    3 C. 1% Low Fat Milk
    2 tsp. Brown Sugar Blend (Splenda/Brown Sugar)
    1 tsp. Splenda (or any sugar substitute)
    2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    2 C. Fresh Blueberries

    TOPPING:
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Blend
    3 tsp. Ground Cinnamon


Tips

Serve with maple syrup or whipped cream if desired!


Directions

1) Cut bread into 1 in. cubes.
2) Place bread cubes into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
3) In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites, eggs, milk, 2 tsp. brown sugar blend, splenda, and vanilla together.
4) Pour whisked mixture over bread.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
6) Remove baking dish and contents from refrigerator 30 mins before baking. Preheat oven to 350*.
7) Mix in blueberries.
8) Combine the topping ingredients, and sprinkle over top of bread mixture.
9) Cover and bake for 45-50 mins, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
10) Let stand for 5 minutes.
11) Enjoy!
