Introduction

This is the standard start-of-the-day drink for Dr. Schulze's 30 day cleanse. I use fresh, raw, organic juices. This is the standard start-of-the-day drink for Dr. Schulze's 30 day cleanse. I use fresh, raw, organic juices.

Ingredients

    2 lemons

    1 orange

    2 grapefruit

    (other citrus as available)

The exact juices are flexible. If you need to lose weight or are diabetic, skip the orange and use more lime, lemon and grapefruit. You can also dilute this with filtered water for a less intense drink.

Tips

This is a pretty intense drink and not always tolerated well if you aren't used to cleanses. It may be diluted with 16 oz of filtered water to make it more palatable.

Directions

Squeeze all fruits into a bowl.

Place the bowl under a Champion or Omega juicer and run ginger and garlic through the juicer, allowing the bowl to catch the drops from the ginger and garlic.

Pour the juice through the juicer a second time to allow the juicer to strain out the seeds and pulp.
