Ingredients

    ½ pitted mango, peeled, chopped, & frozen
    1 pitted date
    ½ cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    ¾ cup unsweetened, unflavored almond milk

Tips

Keeping portions of washed, trimmed/chopped fruit in baggies in the freezer makes this shake super quick and easy. This is also perfect for early mornings when you don't feel like eating breakfast. You can also omit the protein powder and yogurt for a super low-cal snack to stave off sweet cravings. ;)


Directions

Add the ingredients to blender or Vitamix. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
