Introduction

This is a great, quick 1-pan meal. I serve it over rice. This is a great, quick 1-pan meal. I serve it over rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 small can cream of mushroom soup + 1 can water
    1 can mixed vegetables

Tips

I usually eat this with one cup of white rice. There are lots of ways to customize this with different vegetables, seasonings, or even different soups.


Directions

Cube chicken. Cook in skillet until no longer pink. Add cream of mushroom soup + 1 can of water and can of vegetable medley. Season to taste. Simmer about 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked (160 degree internal temperature) and sauce has thickened. Serve over rice, pasta, or whatever.
