    1 can pink salmon (skin and bones removed)
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp pepper
    3/4 cup corn flakes (crushed after measure)

    combine all ingredients. form into 8 2oz. patties. grill on lightly greased griddle until golden brown

    My mom made salmon patties when I was a kid, and I loved them! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I just happen to have a can of salmon, enough eggs, and a box of Cornflake Crumbs (they come crushed already, so I'll adjust the amount), so I'm going to make them for dinner tonight. :) - 8/31/08
