Introduction

Ingredients

    3 large potatoes (or equivalent)
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup whipping cream

Tips

I am just working on lower carbs, not a strict no carb diet. It works for me.


Directions

Peel and dice potatoes. boil until tender. While potatoes are boiling, melt butter in pan. Add cream and whisk regularly until starts to thicken. Strain potatoes when they are tender. Poor cream sauce over and mix.
