Ingredients

    3 cups egg whites
    12 slices Canadian bacon
    12 slices fat free cheese
    12 english muffins (fiber one whole wheat is yummy and only 100 calories)

Tips

add a little butter spray if you like
-when ready to eat bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes or microwave on high for 60 seconds. Oven tastes better but really who has that kind of time. that's why we're making these in bulk.


Directions

-Preheat Oven to 350
-Mix egg and veggies/seasonings
-Grease a muffin pan
-Place one slice of meat in muffin slot
-Add egg mixture into each muffin slot
-Bake at 350 15-20 minutes
-Toast muffins then top one side of each muffin with a slice of cheese.
-Place egg/meat on top of cheese
-Place on baking sheet and freeze for 1-2 hrs
-Remove from freezer and wrap or vacuum seal individually
