Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.5 cup
1 1/2 cups water (divided)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.3 tbsp

Directions
1. Whisk together quinoa and 1 cup water in small saucepan.
2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes or till water is absorbed
3. Remove pan from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
4. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add beans and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup water and bring to simmer.
7. Cook for 10 minutes, then transfer to food processor.
8. Pulse till mixture is finely chopped but not pureed, then transfer to mixing bowl.
9. Stir in cooked quinoa and shape into 4 patties.
10. Place patties on parchment-lined baking sheet and broil 4-5 minutes on each side.
11. Serve hot on bun with favorite burger toppings.
