Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 large
    Milk, 1%, .25 cup
    fresh onion, .25 cup, chopped
    Tomatoes, 1 medium, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    Bell Pepper, fresh green, .25 cup, chopped
    Bacon - Jenny O Extra Lean Turkey (8 slices) diced
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    American Cheese Slices (4 slice) cut in half
    Salt 1 tsp (to taste)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (to taste)

Tips

You can switch up the veggies & the breakfast meat to your liking. Keep in mind, the calorie difference.
Add any spices you like.


Directions

Saute all the veggies in the oil until tender/soft. Set aside to cool completely.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10 inch round cooking pan.
Mix the eggs & milk together.
Add all the veggies to the egg mixture.
Add the chopped turkey bacon & mix well.
Pour egg mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set & lightly browned.
Turn off oven.
Place cheese on top & leave in the oven until melted.



Serving Size: Make 8 servings (1 wedge each)
