Ingredients

1 cup 100% Pure Pumkpin
1/2 cup peanut butter (Can substitute with any nut butter)
4 oz vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 cup rolled oats
2 T chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-11-in pan with cooking spray.
2. In medium-sized bowl, use electric mixer to combine puree, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Beat in eggs.
3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and spices until a smooth batter forms. Stir in rolled oats.
4. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
