Ingredients

    2-lbs boneless pork shoulder ribs
    1-large onion(quartered and sliced1/4' THICK)
    1/3-low sodium sauce
    1/2-cup ketchup
    1-tbsp yellow mustard
    3-tbls zero brown sugar substitute
    1-tsp bottled minced garlic
    1/4-tsp black pepper
    2-tbsp cider vinegar
    1-tsp celery seed

Directions

Brown pork shoulder ribs in a non stick pan.Transfer to a crock pot.Cover with the sliced onions.In the same pan add combine the rest of the ingredients and heat until boiling and flavors are blended.Pour mixture over the onions and rib meat,cover and cook on high for five hours
