Ingredients

    1lb Ground Turkey
    1 large can or 2 small cans of chili beans
    4 medium tomatoes diced, or two cans of diced tomatoes
    1 cup diced onion
    2 stalks celery diced
    1 med. green pepper diced
    Chili powder to taste
    V8 1 1/2 cups
    Water 1 1/2 cups

Tips

The more water you add the further the chili will go, and the more you can eat!


Directions

Dice tomatoes, onion, celery, and green pepper. In a large pot brown turkey with onion, pepper, celery and chili powder. Add diced tomatoes and 1/2 large can of V8 and can of chili beans undrained. Add water to desired soupiness and add chili powder to desired spiciness. Heat through and let simmer until you eat.

Serving Size: Makes 6 2-cup servings
