Ingredients

Pasta, uncooked, 250 g , penne
Tomato-based pasta sauce, 1 500g jar(s) , oregano flavoured if available
Mushrooms, 200 g , sliced
Black olives, drained, 0.3 cup(s)
Tuna, canned in water, drained, 1 425 can(s) (drained)
Olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon(s)
Red capsicum, 1 capsicum(s) , diced
Onion, any type, 0.5 medium
Shredded cheese, reduced fat, 0.3 cup(s)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the mushrooms, capsicum and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for a further 3-4 minutes to warm through.
Mix in the tuna and olives and transfer all ingredients into a lined baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
