Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Spinach, fresh, 60 grams (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 medium, 119 g), .25 serving (remove)
    Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 dash (remove)
    Pine Nuts, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

1. Heat oil in frying pan.
2. Slice and add garlic.
3. When it bubbles, add spinach and chopped red pepper.
4. Cook until the pepper lightens and spinach shrinks, about 2 minutes.
5. Add vinegar, black pepper and pine nuts.
6. Remove from heat.
