Introduction

This is a great alternative to store bought bread if you have oats lying around. This is a great alternative to store bought bread if you have oats lying around.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 cups of Oat Meal
    4 tsp of Baking Powder
    1 tsp of Salt
    1.5 of Vanilla Silk Pure Almond Milk
    1/4 cup of olive oil

Tips

If you require lower sodium, use 1/4 of a tsp of salt instead of the amount in the ingredients list.


Directions

1.Process the oats into flour by placing them in a blender or food processor.
2.Mix the newly ground oat flour with the other dry ingredients (salt and baking powder).
3.Mix the wet ingredients (almond milk and olive oil) together.
4.Mix the dry and wet ingredients together into one bowl.
5. Spread the contents of the bowl into a muffin pan.
6. Place the muffin pan into the oven at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
7.After 40 minutes, let the muffins cool for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 muffin-sized pieces of bread
