Ingredients

    1 Can Bumblebee chicken breast in water
    1 Tbs. Kraft Mayo w/ Olive Oil
    1 Stalk Celery, raw, Chopped
    1/4 Cup Cucumber (with peel), chopped
    1/4 Cup Red Onion Raw, Chopped
    1 tsp. Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp. Pepper, black
    1 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Cup Spinach, fresh
    1/4 Cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened

Tips

To reduce calories, you can eliminate the cranberries and avocado.


Directions

Combine chicken, Mayonnaise, Dill Weed, Black Pepper, and Red Wine Vinegar, stirring until thoroughly mixed.

Mix in Celery, Cucumber, Red Onion, & Cranberries.

Layer the Chicken Mixture over a bed of Fresh Spinach, top with Avocado & Enjoy!!
