Ingredients

    1 bag of cole slaw
    4-6 scallions
    2 bags Ramen Noodle Oriental Flavor
    1 2oz. bag of slivered almonds
    4 oz. sunflower seeds (unsalted)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup oil (extra virgin olive)
    6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. salt

Directions

Toast almonds in oven at 350 for approx. 5 min. and let cool. In large bowl combine cole slaw, cut up scallions, crushed ramen noodles uncooked (put seasoning packet aside for dressing), sunflower seeds, almonds. In seperate bowl mix sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, seasoning packet from noodles. Keep chilled seperately until serving then pour dressing over slaw mixture.

Makes approx. 8-1cup servings
