Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup of PB2 (reconstitute it with a little more than 1/2 cup of water-mix well)
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups of rice krispies cereal
4 squares of chocolate almond bark
Tips
These are best frozen or at the very least refrgierated.
Directions
Reconstitute the peanut until mixed well. Melt the butter and combine with peanut butter mixture and mix well in big bowl. Add the powdered sugar and the rice krispies, again mix well, being careful not to smoosh the rice krispies, gently fold until well combined. I used 1/2 tsp measuring spoon and scooped out the mixture until it was well rounded (it was probably really 1 tsp when it was all said and done). Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 1/2 hour. Melt the chocolate and place toothpick in each and gently coat the "ball" with the melted almond bark and place back on parchment paper and freeze for a little while longer. Enjoy.
