Ingredients

    2 lbs.- Jennie o extra lean turkey breast
    1 Xlg -onion coarsely chopped
    2 tsp-spice world bottled garlic
    2 tbsp-chile powder
    1 tbsp-ground black pepper
    1 tbsp-salt
    2-28 oz. cans crushed tomatoes in puree
    2-16 oz. cans dark kidney beans no salt added
    1-16 oz. can black beans no salt added
    1-16 oz. can garbanzo beans
    1-1/2 tbsp vinegar

Directions

Saute onions and garlic until soft and translucent. add turkey and cook until no longer pink.Add all the tomatoes, and seasonings and stir.Rinse all the beans and add to the pot and stir once again.Cover and simmer on low for two hours,stirring occasionally to keep from burning. Enjoy
