Ingredients

3 Cups Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Toasted wheat germ
1 Cup Walnuts or Pecans, Chopped
1/2 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
2 1/2 TSP Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Raisins (optional)
Tips
Watch the granola as it bakes because it will burn easily in the last 10 minutes of baking.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. Grease cookie sheet or cover with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Combine honey and coconut oil in small bowl. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix well and stir until all of granola is coated with honey and oil mixture.
Spread granola mixture evenly on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees stirring every 5 minutes.
Optional - Add 1/2 cup raisins to granola after it is done.
Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings - Each Serving is 1/3 Cup
