Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats (do not use instant or quick cooking oats)
    1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 chopped apple
    1 oz walnuts, chopped
    1/2 t cinnamon
    1 packet stevia
    1 dash salt
    1/8 t vanilla

Directions

Mix all together and cook in the microwave on high for 12 minutes. Stir after 6 minutes. Be sure to cook this in a large bowl, as it does grow. I use a 2 qt casserole dish
