Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Marinade:

1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/4 balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
    1 tbsp evoo
    3 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced/grated fresh ginger (optional)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper

    4 salmon steak fillets

Tips

The sesame oil and ginger give this recipe an Asian flavor, but you can leave them out and the fish will still be great.

Directions

Mix together all of the marinade ingredients and then pour into a shallow dish or pan or re-sealable plastic bag. Add the salmon and marinate for at least 15 minutes up to one hour in the refrigerator. Make sure all of that the marinade coats all of the fish.

Heat up your broiler or a grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side (you may need more time depending on how well done you like your salmon and the heat of your cooking method).
