I converted the recipes from $5dinner, assembly project to be Paleo. The idea is you take 1 day, assemble the ingredients, freeze them. Ingredients

BBQ sauce
garlic, chopped
onion chopped, rosemary, lemon zest- sauted till translucent.
pineapple juice
apple juice
red wine
tomato paste
seasonings.
Chicken
potato
pepper
onion
Directions
Make the BBQ sauce ahead of assembly day.
Saute onion, garlic, zest, rosemary in coconut oil.
add a little pine apple juice, apple juice. Let simmer.
In another pan, melt some coconut oil, whisk in tomato paste, the remaining liguid, sweetner, vinegae and spices. drain juice from onions to sauce. Simmer down for 20 minutes.
Assembly, pouring half the sauce over the chicken.
Freeze.
thaw, place in crockpot, cook on high for 6 hours.
Serving Size: makes four teenage portions
