Ingredients

    2 cups of Sugar
    1 - 16 oz can of Pure Pumpkin
    1/2 cup of Vegetable oil
    2.5 cups of All Purpose Flour
    1 Egg
    1 tsp of Nutmeg
    2 Tbsp of Cinnamon
    2 tsp of Baking Soda
    3/4 tsp of Salt

Tips

remove from oven when toothpick is almost clean. bread will cook a little more in pan outside oven


Directions

Mix sugar, pumpkin and oil and egg together. In a separate bowl shift together rest of dry ingredients. Add dry mix to pumpkin mix. Preheat oven to 375. bake 30-60 mins depending on pan it is put in. Done when toothpick comes clean. Cool completely before cutting.

Serving Size: Makes 1.5 loaves (medium - large pan)
