2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp grape seed oil
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
4 cup chicken stock
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet. Add all ingredients except the chicken stock. Sauté to brown. Add chicken stock, bring to a boil, simmer until potatoes are cooked through.
