    1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
    1 1/2 lb. Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 cup sour cream, reduced fat
    1 bag (16oz) mixed vegetables, thawed and drained


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside. Mix Chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13 x 9 baking dish; top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (170 degrees) Makes 6 servings
