Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .33 cup
    Mixed Vegetables, Bird's Eye Frozen 2/3 cup
    Pork Cutlet, 3 oz
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Crushed Red Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Pasta, cooked, 2 oz

Directions

Saute Pork in coconut oil, add the rest of the ingredients, simmer, thicken with pasta water
