    1/2 c warm water
    1/2 package of yeast
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t sugar
    1/2 T oil
    2 c flour


Combine yeast and warm water in bowl, let sit for 5 minutes, do not mix. After 5 minutes add sugar, salt and oil. Mix well. Mix in flour slowly until dough is sticky and mixed well. Add oil to pizza pans and spread out evenly. Recipe makes (1) 16" thin pizza crusts. Add tomato sauce and pizza toppings. In 425 degree oven , bake for 20 minutes.
