Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    - 1 pork tenderloin
    - 3 branches of thyme
    - 1L water
    - salt, pepper

Tips

You may pour olive oil on the tenderloin to stick the salt, pepper and thyme on it.


Directions

Remove the fat from a pork tenderloin.

In a slow cooker, pour 1L of water with 1 tbsp of salt. Use a metal basket to heighten the tenderloin. Spread on it salt, pepper and the thyme.

Let cook 15 minutes after there is some vapor out of the cooker.
