Ingredients

    Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage (1 LB)
    Roasted red pepper, Mt Olive, 1 12 oz jar
    Chicken Broth (8 cups)
    Yellow onion, (2 medium onion)
    Kale, (1 bunch)
    Potato Gnocchi, 16 oz
    Garlic Paste, 2 tsp
    Italian Herb Paste, 6 tsp
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
    4 oz garden vegetable cream cheese

Directions

brown sausage and onion in olive oil
add chopped red peppers, broth, and kale
add paste and seasoning
cook in med-med/low heat for 60-80 min
add gnocchi
Stir in cream cheese
let cook for another 10 min
